An executive with extensive experience with real estate and construction in Israel and abroad, Sorek has served as CEO of Electra Construction and Electra Residences, deputy CEO of Azorim, CEO of The Plaza Development from Itzik Tshuva Group, and CEO and partner in the management and supervision company Margolin Sorek.
a former senior VP and business division president at ICL, Lifshitz has extensive experience in both small and large industrial companies in Israel and around the world, and has worked in global process management, factory management, and human resources management. He even ran ICL’s business activities in China. Today, he is a mediator and arbitrator, holding a master’s degree in conflict resolution and mediation from Tel Aviv University.
A partner in Horowitz, Even, Uzan & Co., Horowitz has accrued 35 years of experience as a litigation lawyer and mediator, representing both public and private companies, municipalities, government companies and more. He also serves as head of the litigation department, which orchestrates a wide range of complex commercial and civil legal proceedings – in the courts, in arbitrations, and in mediation and conciliation procedures.
